Medical Director – Chemical Dependency Program
Lead a mission-driven, hospital-affiliated Chemical Dependency Division that delivers life-changing care to an underserved population. This Medical Director role offers full oversight of medical services across a comprehensive substance use treatment continuum, while shaping program strategy, elevating quality, and guiding a highly committed multidisciplinary team.
In this leadership position, you will direct medical operations, supervise medical staff, and collaborate closely with program leadership to develop clinical standards, policies, and evidence-based best practices. You’ll guide patient-care initiatives, oversee specialized addiction treatment services, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a clinical resource for physicians, APPs, and trainees across addiction medicine and psychiatry. The role includes active involvement in program development, quality metrics, community partnerships, and training of Fellows, Residents, Medical Students, and APPs.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $300,000 (40-hour workweek)
