🏡 What You’ll Do as an Affordable Housing Community Manager:
Oversee daily operations of the community
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other Affordable Housing program requirements
Manage leasing efforts, certifications, recertifications, and resident files
Support and lead onsite staff
Maintain accurate financial and occupancy reporting
Build positive resident relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and regional managers
✨ What You Bring:
LIHTC and/or HUD experience is required
Previous Affordable Housing management experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, On-Site, etc.)
Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor
