We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Scheduler to assist with scheduling appointments for our clients and team. This role involves managing calendars, confirming bookings, and providing excellent customer service—all from the comfort of your home.
Answer incoming calls, emails, or messages and schedule appointments accordingly
Coordinate with clients and staff to confirm or reschedule appointments
Send reminders to clients via phone, email, or text
Update and manage digital calendars or scheduling software
Ensure accurate data entry of appointments and client details
Follow up on missed appointments or cancellations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, or scheduling software (training provided)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
