Koita Agency is a direct-sales organization with 20+ years of B2B/B2C execution. We combine paid training , warm & hot lead flow , and hands-on coaching to ramp performance quickly. With our Training Facility in Miami Lakes , main office in Doral , and new satellite in Hollywood (with Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach expansions), plus active growth in the Kansas City Metro , you’ll be set up for success and advancement.

Own a local SMB territory. Run discovery → tailored proposal → negotiation → close , manage early adoption, and expand accounts—powered by warm/hot demand.

What You Get

Your Role

• Convert routed SMB demand; supplement with targeted outreach

• Keep CRM pristine: activities, next steps, forecast hygiene

• Coordinate multi-site/custom installs with solutions team

• Surface upsell/expansion and referral opportunities; share field learnings

What We’re Looking For

• B2B experience preferred (tech/telecom a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Driver’s license & reliable transportation; U.S. work authorization.

Compensation

• 1099 commission-only with paid training and bonus structures.
• Typical OTE $60,000–$90,000+.
