Deliver personalized, educational, and friendly service to every customer
Guide guests through product selection based on their individual needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area
Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly
Follow compliance protocols and ensure all regulations are met
Work 3–5 shifts/week (5–8 hours each) between 6:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Be available weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
Cannabis knowledge required (strains, products, consumption methods)
Budtending experience preferred , especially in a licensed dispensary
Must be 21+ with valid CA ID
2+ years of customer service; 1+ year of retail sales
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must pass a criminal background check (LiveScan)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
$17/hr plus tips
