Building Automation Technician
Overview:
We are looking for a Building Automation Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC control systems and energy management. This role focuses on installing, servicing, and troubleshooting building automation systems to keep facilities operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Install and service DDC and HVAC control systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
Troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and control wiring.
Support system startups and programming adjustments.
Provide on-call support for urgent service needs.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in building automation or HVAC controls.
Knowledge of DDC systems, low-voltage wiring, and HVAC equipment.
Ability to read control drawings and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred:
Exposure to pneumatic systems and multiple BAS platforms.
Basic programming or integration experience.
