The Role

This role owns the go-to-market for our Fractional HR model, built with a twist on vendor management. You’ll be in the trenches: developing relationships and opening doors to tell our story. Our model is disruptive so our conversion rates are high, and positioning our value will come naturally after an initial training period.

The Opportunity

We offer an unmatched compensation and benefits package. In your first year, you can expect to earn $190,944 at plan which is attainable. Our commission model is residual so within 3-5 years, the sky's the limit, with the potential to earn well over half a million dollars.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone special, someone who can see the future and make it a reality. The right candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of success selling in the HR space
• A proven track record of exceeding sales goals, preferably in the PEO space.
• A rolodex of contacts within the Accounting / CPA community
• The ability to manage and inspire people
• An entrepreneurial spirit that drives innovation and excellence
• A great rolodex
