Business Intelligence Analyst – Entry Level

We are looking for an Entry Level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our company. As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help us in timely mastering, analyzing, evaluating, interpreting and presenting the important business and management intelligence. This is a part-time position with benefits, where the successful candidate will have a significant impact on our operations and can become a key player on the team.

THE COMPANY

Nameoki LLC, founded in 2021, is a dynamic limited liability company positioned within the furniture industry, serving as a pivotal subsidiary of Factory Direct Wholesale LLC (“FDW”).

FDW is an American retail brand company that was registered and established in Atlanta, USA, in 2005. FDW specializes in importing a wide range of goods in bulk from around the world and distributing them to various online stores, including major platforms like Amazon, eBay, Costco, and Walmart. Its imported products encompass a diverse assortment of furniture and other items suitable for offices, beauty salons, and pet stores, and they are also available directly to consumers through various marketplaces. FDW has set up offices in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shenzhen respectively, and is mainly responsible for domestic procurement, inspection, documentary, operation, product design, and development of new factories, thereby enabling it to offer the best products at the lowest price. Currently, FDW is one of the top 500 importers in the United States, and it has more than 100 suppliers in China. Many of its products rank in the top three in sales, and FDW was the eBay Seller of the Year Award Winner in 2016

To provide an unparalleled shopping experience, FDW embarked on a transition to offline stores and established Nameoki, which is a furniture store offering a range of products, including massage chairs, gaming chairs, patio sets, shelves, mattresses, tables, and more. THE POSITION

Our Business Intelligence Analyst is mainly responsible for timely mastering,

analyzing, evaluating, interpreting and presenting the important business and management intelligence for our company, thereby enabling us to grasp the essence of our business and comprehend its entirety, a critical factor for our future success in the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Using various resources (such as the internet, news, business publications, industry reports, public information, field reports, purchased sources, and others) to identify, collect and sort the financial, business, economic and other important data related to the development, operation and management of furniture business;

2)Creating data visualizations, building monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards through Tableau, Power BI, Excel and others, and thereby composing reports summarizing financial, business, economic and other relevant data of the furniture industry for the company’s leader and others;

3)Keeping close to the financial, business, economic, and industry trends through communications with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others;

4)Using the financial, economic and business technologies to analyze and identify investment, management strategies, and competitive marketing strategies for our company, as well as exploring potential business opportunities in the furniture industry;

5)Performing profit and loss analysis, cost control analysis, quantitative analysis and other analysis on the data related to our company’s development, management, operation and other matters; then comparing and analyzing industry trends, thereby proposing reliable data support and reasonable suggestions for our company;

6)Utilizing various tools to extract, transform and analyze business, financial, economic and industry data from disparate software products to answer professional questions, propose feasible resolutions, make informed decisions, and others;

7)Designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating business intelligence tools, systems, databases, dashboards, spreadsheets, outputs, methods, or others in order to collect, model, research, analyze, interpret, present, or report financial, economic, business, and industrial data in the furniture industry for our company leader;

8)Communicating with our company’s leader to discuss which business and financial intelligence of operation, development and management would help our company make better financial, customer service, and marketing decisions, then testing to ensure the collected intelligence is consistent with defined needs;

9)Working with outsourced teams to prepare ad hoc financial analysis for our company and clients as required and then summarizing the vital intelligence and data to report it directly to our company leader.

Qualifications:

-Education requirement: must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics or related fields.

-Experience: It is entry-level. No job experience is required. We are glad to train you.

-Work authorization: Must have work authorization in the United States. If needed, we also sponsor H-1B applications.
