We’re looking for a next-generation leader who can scale a multi-state operation, sharpen market positioning, and guide the business into its next phase of expansion, both organically and through strategic M&A. This is a chance to shape culture, elevate performance, and build a best-in-class national brand within an essential industry.
What You’ll Bring - A strong industry presence and deep relationships (Roofing not required)
- A proven ability to drive revenue and performance across multi-location operations
- Experience in private equity and M&A environments
- Comfort raising capital and collaborating directly with investors
- Demonstrated success leading at national scale
