POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in enterprise network architecture, guiding design standards, technology adoption, and investment priorities to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructure across the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Advise on emerging network technologies and trends to guide strategic investment and adoption decisions.
2. Define and recommend network architectural standards, design principles, and best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient systems.
3. Review network designs and initiatives, providing expert guidance to align with enterprise priorities and compliance requirements.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams and project stakeholders.
5. Counsel the Executives on network-related project prioritization, risk assessment, and technology lifecycle strategies.
6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency: Compensation listed reflects the pay range or pay rate reasonably expected for this position. Pay: Pay Range: $143,100.00 - $275,000.00 per year
Additional Details: While this is a remote position, the successful candidate must reside within 50 miles of a FedEx Freight location(s) in Memphis, TN or Minneapolis, MN
