Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner/Product Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) across multiple analytics and personalization teams. This role will focus on enabling data-driven decision-making and creating a roadmap for multichannel and omnichannel experiences. This individual should have experience working with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable data requirements, and ensuring data availability for advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex projects, collaborate with technical teams, and drive personalization strategies that deliver individual-level experiences. Experience with CJA or similar platforms, as well as a solid understanding of customer journey mapping and data-driven decision-making, is essential. This individual must balance product ownership with product management responsibilities to ensure smooth implementation and adoption across multiple teams. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements · 5+ years of Product Ownership experience, with a strong background in Project Management and leading long-term implementation delivery · Proven ability to build and manage roadmaps for analytics platforms in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or similar advanced customer analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Salesforce Interaction Studio · Solid understanding of data architecture and platform integrations, including experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and data ingestion processes · Able to identify data integration needs and implement solutions that unify cross-channel data for holistic customer journey analysis · Skilled in translating business and marketing analysis use cases into technical requirements, focusing on epics and features for analytics and reporting · Effective collaboration with technical teams to ensure feasibility of data models, schema design, and alignment with business goals · Partner closely with marketing and analytics stakeholders to support client needs, enable actionable insights, and drive adoption of CJA capabilities · Ensure efforts are integrated with paid media strategy and digital teams to close the loop on measurement, attribution, and optimization of customer journeys · Basic coding experience, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical implementation when needed
