Hours: Full-time

Salary Range: $33,280 to $54,080

Job Description:

Clinical team counselors work on a team of 4+ clinicians, each offering a tremendous amount of support and 1-on-1 time to clients. A team counselor meets with a client for typically 3 hours at a time, perhaps several times per week, partaking in activities that support healing in client homes or out and about in the community such as hiking, sharing a meal, getting coffee, volunteering, taking a class together, etc. Full-time case load is only a few clients per counselor, allowing for extensive depth of healing and connection. A generous amount of supervision, mentoring and training is offered for this position.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (working toward clinical licensure for clinical practice preferred)

· Able to attend staff meetings, clinical team meetings and trainings

· Registered and inspected car
