Attentive Heart of Care:

Attentive Heart of Care, LLC is a home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants.

As a Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personal care and private in-home services. Follow individualized care plans and provide safe assistance to patients/clients with activities of daily living.

• 25 yo male with Autism.
• Monday to Friday 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
• 12.5 hours a week.

Duties:

• Shower.
• Toileting.
• Assistance with eating.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and positively interact with clients.
• Provide daily living skills and social skills as part of responsibilities to the client.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide first aid treatment as needed.
• Documentation. 

Skills:

• Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients effectively.
• Ability to interact with clients from diverse cultures.
• Ability to observe individuals and report accurate findings.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work independently.

Qualifications/Required Documentation:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).
• US work authorization. (U.S. passport or U.S. passport card. Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (this is commonly called a Green Card.) (Preferred) . 
• CNA or HHA (40 Hours) Certificate (Accepted). 
• Valid Driver's License & Social Security Card (Required).
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (Required).
• Auto registration & proof of Auto Insurance (Preferred).
• Liability Insurance (CM&F rate is $69.00/yearly) (Required).
• CEU certificates: HIV/AIDs, Zero Tolerance, HIPPA, Direct Core Competency (I will assist with this) (Required).
• Void check or equivalent (for bi-weekly direct deposit).
• Level 2 and local background check. (Preferred). 
• 2 professional references. (Required).
