We are seeking an accomplished associate to join our client's dynamic litigation team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of high-stakes commercial disputes from inception to resolution. The successful candidate will be a key player in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests, preparing for and conducting depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, and drafting and arguing substantive motions. A significant portion of the work involves navigating New York State and federal courts and will also include negotiating on behalf of a bespoke client-base on complex matters through arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mediums. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a large law firm setting and will have the opportunity to engage in complex regulatory work, with an emphasis on administrative law.
