Our client, a well-known fashion brand, is looking for a freelance Creative Project Manager to join their team for the next 5 weeks, with potential to pick back up again in March through early June. This is a 40 hour per week role, and will be hybrid onsite in Long Island city 4 days per week (1 day remote).The Creative Project Manager will:- oversee day-to-day creative project workflows + timelines, and ensure deliverables are on-time and on-brief- manage / optimize Asana boards for the department, and delegate tasks to designers- track progress, and ensure timelines are clear- coordinate cross-department requests, and support digital asset management in Bynder- handle intake, tagging, and organization of creative assets- troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, propose solutions, and maintain their quality standardsThe Creative Project Manager has:- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally from a retail or fashion background- strong communication skills, and ability to hit deadlines- proficiency in Asana, as well as familiarity using a DAM platform (preferably Bynder)- ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
