Job purpose:

You’ll manage the daily progress of campaigns spanning digital marketing, social media, influencer activations, billboard media, webinars, and website updates. You’ll use tools like Asana to ensure timelines are met, ideas are sharpened, and deliverables reflect the high standards of our mission-driven brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production schedules to prevent roadblocks and adjust workflows dynamically
  • Assist in resourcing and capacity planning across the team
  • Support execution of new business development creative projects (e.g., celebrity campaigns, regional expansion launches)
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
  • Identify and integrate AI tools or automation solutions that enhance creative output, streamline processes, and improve overall team efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of digital/social media formats and timelines
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to guide branding, visuals, and storytelling
  • High proficiency in Asana (or similar PM tools like Monday, Trello, or Wrike)
  • Familiarity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to expedite creative and operational processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll bridge creative and operational minds
