Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of Overall IT experience.
• Should have experience in assessing current data governance frameworks, policies , and processes across the organization.
• Extensive experience in defining and recommending a future-state Data Governance operating model aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Must have developed a roadmap and bridging strategy to transition from current-state to future-state DG capabilities.
• Experience as a Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and data management teams, ensuring alignment and consensus.
• Should have guided implementation of Data Governance , Master Data Management , and Reference Data Management solutions for insurance carriers.
• Must Provide hands-on expertise with Alation for data cataloging, stewardship, and metadata management.
• Should leverage Google Cloud Platform capabilities for data governance, data catalog, and cloud-based data management solutions.
• Should be expertise in Alation and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desired.
• Experience with Modern Data Governance experience with a focus on AI-led initiatives and opportunities to leverage Agentic and Generative AI capabilities
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
