Job Description

Description We're looking for a Data Analyst Contractor to support our Expense Manager with data-driven insights and reporting. This role will focus on analyzing financial and operational data, building reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and visualization. Requirements Key Responsibilities + Develop and maintain monthly reporting packages using Excel and BI tools + Analyze expense data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization + Support budget entry and updates across systems + Assist with 2026 forecasting by preparing historical data sets and scenario modeling + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity Tools & Systems + ERP: NetSuite (experience with other ERPs is welcome) + BI Tool: Tableau (used primarily on the revenue side; nice to have) + Other: SQL experience is a plus for data extraction and transformation Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
