Our ideal associate dentist candidate will be an enthusiastic doctor looking for a team that provides supported autonomy, which allows them to focus on the treatment of their patients and not the running of a business. You will have full clinical autonomy to provide a range of services for patients of all ages, including cosmetic dentistry, family dentistry, general dentistry, teeth whitening, restorative dentistry, and more. A passionate dental professional who loves what they do, is eager to participate in continuous training and has a growth mindset.  You have a willingness to build trusting relationships with team members and patients while providing the best patient outcome.

• 30% – 33% of collections and Salary
