Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Conway, Arkansas, 72032, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to end-users, managing our local and wide networks, implementing and maintaining security measures, assisting with cloud products, and handling maintenance and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Provide top-tier technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues - Manage local and wide area networks, ensuring optimal connectivity and security, and maintaining Wi-Fi connectivity across all sites - Implement and maintain security measures around end-points to protect our network from potential threats - Assist with the implementation and support of cloud products, particularly Microsoft Azure - Handle maintenance and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure for smooth and efficient operations - Contribute to the development and implementation of a formal ticketing system, transitioning from email-based issue tracking - Utilize your knowledge of PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency. Requirements - Proficiency in Android Development is required for effective software troubleshooting and updates. - Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is necessary for network setup and maintenance. - Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is essential for remote access and virtualization tasks. - Strong understanding of Computer Hardware for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues. - Experience with Dell Technologies is needed for managing servers and storage solutions. - Ability to manage and administer Active Directory for user and resource management. - Proficiency in handling Apple Devices for support across different operating systems. - Knowledge of Backup Technologies is crucial for data protection and disaster recovery. - Experience in Configuration Management for maintaining system security and performance.
