Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Manager to lead and optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) site performance. This role is responsible for driving digital revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and delivering a best-in-class online customer experience. The successful candidate will own the eCommerce journey end-to-end — from website operations and merchandising to optimization and analytics — ensuring seamless execution and measurable results. Position Summary The eCommerce Manager is responsible for leading the growth and performance of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) online business. This role will drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement by overseeing the end-to-end eCommerce experience — including site operations, digital merchandising, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, the eCommerce Manager will collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless, high-performing online shopping journey that supports business goals and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Define and execute the eCommerce strategy to meet revenue and conversion goals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align acquisition, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and improve search rankings.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Lead A/B testing, personalization, and optimization initiatives to maximize conversion and average order value (AOV).
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment.
  • Analyze customer behavior to enhance the purchase funnel.

Website Operations & Experience

  • Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring performance, speed, and usability.
  • Manage product merchandising, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver a seamless and branded digital journey.

Data & Analytics

  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor traffic, conversion, and performance.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Analytics and Finance to support forecasting, attribution, and budgeting.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Retention, and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain to maintain product availability and pricing accuracy.
  • Manage vendor and platform relationships (including Shopify).
  • Partner with Marketing and Merchandising to integrate campaigns and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of eCommerce management experience, preferably within DTC or retail.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and conversion improvements.
  • Strong expertise in CRO, merchandising, and site management.
  • Experience with Shopify and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
