Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and appointments for team members
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue and catering arrangements
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or administration preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
