ENVIRONMENT ART INTERN

What You'll Do

The Special Projects team is looking for a general 3D environmental artist to help build awesome demos and worlds featuring the latest and greatest features of the Unreal Engine.

In this role, you will

• Work in the Unreal Engine to learn new features and workflows
• Apply learnings to assigned tasking within the projects
• Develop areas of discipline from each of our team members, which include modeling, texturing, set dressing, lighting and general Unreal engine disciplines and problem solving
• Learn to work on a team during development and delivery cycles for products, UEFest keynotes and Special deliveries
• Work with an Art Director and senior artists to develop skill sets

What we're looking for

• Must provide portfolio of work demonstrating relevant projects
• Must be open to feedback on artistic direction
• Task driven with a sense of time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for creating 3D art and world building along with an artistic eye
• Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done when the time comes
• Knowledge of other Unreal Engine disciplines: VFX, Cameras, Sequencer, Sound, Gameplay, Blueprint design, Performance

This internship has a flexible start date in 2026. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match.
