We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure that every event runs smoothly, meets company standards, and leaves a lasting impression on attendees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, including property showcases, community gatherings, and corporate functions.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely and accurate event execution.

  • Support event marketing efforts, including preparation of materials and promotional items.

  • Oversee event setup, logistics, and teardown while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Maintain event budgets and track expenses.

  • Provide on-site support during events to resolve issues promptly.

  • Collect post-event feedback to assist in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.
