•Manage performance metrics for advanced endoscopic procedures and report these to the GI and Department of Medicine QA/PI Committees
•Assume responsibility for training the Gastroenterology fellows to perform ERCP
•Supervise, with the Program Director, all Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance projects and ensure that all such activities include Gastroenterology fellows
•Salary 375K + 40K in achieved bonuses. Full benefits too
