At the Disneyland ® Resort, The Room Attendant is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and magical environment for guests by maintaining guest rooms and suites to Disney’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to Disney standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly and helpful service when interacting with guests
• Uphold Disney’s commitment to quality, safety, and guest satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
• 2+ Years of Previous Housekeeping Experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a luxury Hotel

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
