We’re not looking for polished corporate salespeople with 10+ years of experience — we want hungry, competitive self-starters with something to prove. If you have 1–2 years of sales experience (or even none at all) and you’re eager to learn, we’ll give you the training, coaching, and real estate playbook to build a six-figure career. Responsibilities:

• Attack the phones every day — make calls, send texts, and push conversations forward
• Jump on inbound leads fast and turn them into real appointments
• Keep your pipeline tight: update notes in the CRM so nothing slips through
• Follow up like crazy — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call
• Show up for coaching calls ready to learn, role-play, and sharpen your sales game

Qualifications:

• Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you bring the drive, we’ll bring the training
• Some sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, call center, customer service, or athletics background are all great fits)
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
• Organized and able to track conversations, follow up, and keep notes updated
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Local to Tampa Bay with reliable transportation
