**Job Title: Legal Billing Specialist**

**Location:** Hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days work from home). Can be in NYC, Houston, or Washington, D.C.

**Hourly Rate:** $40/hr+

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and process accurate legal invoices in alignment with our firm’s policies and client specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of billing entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Forge strong communication lines with attorneys and support staff regarding all billing matters.
- Address client inquiries regarding billing and payment statuses with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain meticulous billing records, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure the timely submission of invoices to clients for seamless cash flow.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a Legal Billing Specialist role or similar position within a law firm.
- Proficient in legal billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
