Legal Office Manager

Location: Austin, TX

The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing law firm to hire an experienced Office Manager.

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient office operations while supporting leadership and administrative teams. This role oversees daily office functions, manages administrative staff, enhances internal communication, and maintains high operational standards across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional work environment.

  • Lead and support administrative assistants and front office staff.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and prepare meeting minutes.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and reporting.

  • Manage office inventory, supplies, vendors, and budget tracking.

  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Executive leadership to support firm-wide needs.

  • Coordinate with IT on troubleshooting and ticket workflows.

  • Implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.

  • Experience as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading administrative staff.

  • Background supporting executive leadership.
