Job Details:

  • Location: King of Prussia office; telehealth
  • Schedule: Part-time or full-time, Flexible schedule.
  • Additional details: We contract with the major insurance providers and offer generous reimbursement rate! All credentialing and billing is handled by our operations team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker . This role provides therapy and support services to individuals and families experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving overall mental health and well-being through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and/or group therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Offer family therapy, caregiver support, and coaching as appropriate
  • Evaluate and assess the mental health needs of clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals involved in client care
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, and other therapeutic modalities
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification in Pennsylvania
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, working with neurodivergent individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Current clearances (within 6 months)
