Are You a Licensed, Experienced Insurance Sales Producer with a Proven Track Record?

We're looking for passionate and driven individuals who are ready to build lasting relationships with clients and help them secure their homes, autos, lives, and retirement with the right insurance coverage tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.
Make 100+ calls per day to connect with prospective clients.
Prospect and build relationships both remotely and in-person.
Partner with local professionals to create referral networks.
Assess client needs and recommend the best insurance options.
Educate clients on the importance of proper insurance coverage.

Compensation:

Total compensation package (base salary + commissions + bonuses): $55,000 - $90,000 annually.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience working with Allstate or a similar agency (REQUIRED).
Proven success in a sales-driven role, with the ability to sell a minimum of 20 items per month (REQUIRED).
A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).
Previous remote work experience with a dedicated, quiet workspace (REQUIRED).
Strong ability to build relationships and handle customer rejection with resilience.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
Ability to multitask and follow up on leads and clients.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
