Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Level 1 General Practice role in Norman, OK. This entry-level position is ideal for early-career LPNs, providing essential, hands-on patient care under RN or physician supervision. Level 1 LPNs focus on patient comfort, safety, and supporting daily living needs while adhering closely to established care plans.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide direct patient care (vital signs, wound care, medication administration)
✔ Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
✔ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising staff
✔ Maintain accurate and timely patient records
✔ Support RNs and physicians in delivering patient care

✅ Qualifications
✔ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔ Licensure: Active Oklahoma LPN license
✔ Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification
✔ Experience: Entry-level (as required by the facility for Level 1)
✔ Soft Skills:
✔ Basic clinical skills
✔ Excellent communication and documentation
