✔️ A self-motivated and coachable individual.
✔️ Previous experience in sales or insurance (is a plus, but not required).
✔️ Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
