Position Summary

Hommati.com is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to customers, franchise owners, and website visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience through accurate, timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat on Hommati.com.
• Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and processes.
• Assist franchise owners with basic troubleshooting and platform support.
• Document conversations, customer needs, and support resolutions within internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the support and operations teams.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain service-level response times and customer satisfaction standards.
• Follow established scripts, workflows, and guidelines while delivering a personable, professional experience.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, live chat, or help desk roles.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning new software tools, CRM systems, and support platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional in all customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with live chat tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
• Experience supporting franchise operations or distributed teams.
