💰 $65,000 - $75,000 + annually, based on experience

Position Overview:
The LMS/AMS Administrator manages CFMA’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Association Management System (AMS) to ensure reliable operations, accurate data, and positive user experiences. This role supports compliance, integration, reporting, and collaboration across departments, aligning technology with CFMA’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • System Administration
    • Serve as primary administrator for the LMS and AMS, ensuring stability, functionality, and accurate data management.
    • Oversee course setup, enrollment, CPE credit tracking, and reporting.
    • Support event and registration workflows within the AMS and update education-related website content.
    • Manage integrations between LMS, AMS, HubSpot, Zoom, and online project management (Monday.com).
    • Partner with staff and vendors to test and implement upgrades and new features.
  • Education Support
    • Ensure LMS processes align with NASBA and other accrediting body requirements for CPE tracking.
    • Deploy and maintain online learning content (eLearning modules, live sessions, videos, SCORM files) in collaboration with education staff and SMEs.
    • Assist in implementing training guides, closed captioning, and accessibility standards.
    • Act as live online education backup as needed.
  • User Support & Training
    • Provide technical support for users.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system or user issues in a timely manner.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, website content, FAQs, and resources to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Build and run reports to track program performance, compliance, engagement, and financial outcomes.
    • Partner with analysts and program staff to ensure dashboards reflect accurate, actionable data.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor system usage, trends, and feedback to recommend improvements.
    • Stay current with LMS/AMS best practices, emerging technologies, and vendor updates.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems meet evolving organizational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, education technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience administering LMS, AMS, or CRM platforms (association/professional education environment preferred).
  • Familiarity with CPE/NASBA/CME compliance standards.
  • Strong technical skills in system configuration, integrations, and data management.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360/Storyline) and SCORM troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, vLookUps, data analysis).
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-departmental stakeholders.
