About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Brandywine Living at Haddonfield team. The LPN plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care, promoting residents’ health and comfort, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and policies.
Monitor residents’ health status, document observations, and communicate changes promptly.
Support residents’ well-being through compassionate, person-centered care.
Foster open communication and teamwork with residents, families, and staff.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
Current state license to practice as an LPN
