Adelphoi is looking for compassionate therapists to join our quickly expanding Multisystemic Therapy (MST)  teams across PA. Your Role

• Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized, evidence-based model
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths
• Engages primary caregivers & other key participants to create long-term positive change
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations
• Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning

What You Need

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with at least 2 yrs exp) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong work ethic & initiative, passion for helping youth and families
• Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) (assistance provided)
