Job Summary:
We are looking for a UX Research Specialist to lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research throughout our product development cycle, ensuring our user experience is grounded in actual user needs. This role involves working closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to identify and prioritize research opportunities, develop a comprehensive UX research strategy, and deliver impactful insights that drive product decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research design, an ability to synthesize data from diverse sources, and a passion for integrating user research into product design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development.
• Identify new opportunities for impactful mixed-method studies to provide holistic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize research opportunities and uncover critical research questions.
• Lead ideation sessions inspired by research insights, creating actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute a UX research strategy that drives data-informed product decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong background in research design and understanding of various research methods.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mixed Method Research
• Excellent data synthesis and analytical skills to inform product direction.
