Roles & Responsibility :
- Oversee the development and deployment of API-led connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft API Lifecycle management, optimizing processes for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance, implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all API-related processes and solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of MuleSoft technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the API development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the company's purpose by driving technological advancements that positively impact society.
