Job Title: Network Engineer II

Your expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN environments will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and stability of diverse client networks. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience
• CCNP certification required
• Proficiency in Cisco Voice (CUCM and UCCX)
• Strong working knowledge of Aruba wireless technologies, including controllers, access points, and switches
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Quality of Service (QoS)
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to independently manage multiple projects

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in Cisco or Aruba products
• Familiarity with Fortinet networking products

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment or role where proactive problem-solving is essential

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary
• Must be able to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
