Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Travel Consultants. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about travel, enjoy helping others, and are looking for a flexible remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements
Provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences
Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner
Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
Stay informed about current travel trends, policies, and promotions
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote/online environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
