Job Summary

Refrigeration Systems Construction & Service (RSCS) is a full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-grade industrial ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems. We are seeking highly skilled Pipe Welders to join our team. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a pipe welder and not limited to structural welding or pipe fitting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 6G position welding in both shop and field environments.
  
• Stick welding using 6010 & 7018 electrodes .
  
• TIG welding / stainless steel with precision and quality.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  
• Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards in accordance with industry regulations.
  
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
  
• Travel as required, sometimes on short notice.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder .  Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration industry experience a plus!
  
• Proficiency in 6G position welding , stick welding (6010 & 7018), and TIG welding stainless steel .
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
  
• Must have a clean driving record and be dependable.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed, including short-notice assignments.
