We are looking for highly motivated individuals looking for a career rather than a job who want to join our team to perform pool leak detections and repairs.
Great candidates are likely to be
- Mechanically inclined, experience with power tools
- Comfortable with learning and using new technology
- Have vast pool experience and are comfortable swimming
- Enjoy working outside, in a variety of conditions, and not sitting in a cube or office every day
- Appreciate working a flexible schedule, night shifts or weekends as our customer might need
- Enjoy, and be able, to perform intermittent, sometimes heavy, physical labor

In the job you’ll be asked to do:
- Perform full scope pool and spa repairs. This includes but is not limited to; spot repairs, repipes, skimmer and wall fitting replacements, above and below ground repairs, manifold rebuilds
- Swim in pools performing structure and plumbing tests
- Communicate with management, colleagues, and customers
- Provides professional courteous customer service
- Work outdoors & away from the office
- Master underground leak locating equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Enjoy being in a job that rewards intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, people who have no problem wearing uniform, and with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in patch back of a variety of pool deck surfaces including exposed aggregate and kool deck
- Any plumbing, mechanical, pool experience and construction background is a big plus
- Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
- Current Driver’s License, with relatively clean driving record
- Ability to create well written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue or repair
- Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, self-starter, organized, and enjoys being self-directed
- Ability to swim, (diving certificate a plus)
- Neat appearance / Has a high standard of professionalism and character
- Mechanically inclined, knows how to use a variety of tools
- Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds
