Product Owner Fleetwood Modernization Project

Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Product Owner to lead the modernization of Fleetwood's legacy order-entry system (SnapShot) into Masonite's existing Infor Configurator platform. This is a critical initiative to replace a 25-year-old Access database with a modern, integrated solution that improves user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Fleetwood modernization project.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and dealers-no handholding; must be proactive and self-driven.
• Define workflows and user experience improvements for the new system. (UX)
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration between SnapShot and Infor Configurator. (API)
• Conduct dealer panels and gather feedback to refine product functionality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex projects as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and workflow optimization.
• Technical aptitude with exposure to:
  • SQL
  • API integration
  • Large database systems
• Ability to translate business operations into intuitive user interfaces.
• Forward-thinking approach to modernizing legacy systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
