Description Our client, a mission-driven organization in the nonprofit sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of nonprofit programs and projects. + Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure goals are met. + Communicate project updates and coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. + Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for leadership and funders. + Support event logistics, volunteer coordination, and community outreach initiatives. + Identify and help resolve project-related issues to keep activities on schedule. + Maintain accurate records and assist with grant administration as needed Requirements + Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role; nonprofit experience is highly desirable. + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. + Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player. + Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
