Salary: $125,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven OOP development experience.
• Experience building user interfaces, preferably with frameworks like ReactJS, although Typescript and AngularJS are also acceptable.
• Familiarity with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
• A passion for customer experience (CX) and Design Thinking.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles.
• A life-long learner who is not afraid to ask questions and is inquisitive by nature.
• A self-starter who takes the initiative and can operate independently in new, uncharted settings.
• The ability to quickly pivot and navigate ambiguous challenges and a problem solver.
• Collaborative with colleagues to proactively identify and clear obstacles to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, develop, deploy, and support services and applications alongside senior engineers.
• Engage business stakeholders to identify challenges and create innovative technical solutions.
• Work alongside technical experts to provide sustainable, future-facing software solutions.
• Ensure functional and non-functional quality and on-time delivery using agile and lean principles.
• Adopt extreme programming practices, including paired programming, mobbing, test-driven development (TDD), and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
