Summary
As a Poolside Recreation Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for guests at the pool area. Our outside area includes a waterfall pool, adult pool, lazy river, 4 waterslides, a Rockwall, and more. The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for conducting organizing activities for our guests. This person must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure the safety of pool users.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a secure environment.
Greet guests warmly and provide information about pool facilities, the resort, and other amenities.
Assist guests with inquiries, such as providing towels, sunscreen, merchandise, and other amenities.
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
