✅ Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Level 1 Registered Nurse for a government healthcare facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career nurses to gain real-world experience in patient care, while working under the guidance of experienced nursing staff. The RN will conduct routine assessments, administer medications, and provide essential patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform routine patient assessments and care activities
✔ Administer medications and treatments as directed
✔ Accurately document care in medical records
✔ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
✔ Educate patients and families regarding care instructions
✔ Respond to emergencies following facility protocols
✔ Escalate complex patient needs to senior staff as necessary

✅ Qualifications
✔ Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
✔ Licensure/Certifications:
✔ Active Oklahoma RN license
✔ Current BLS/CPR certification
✔ Experience: Entry-level (as required by facility for Level 1 RN)
✔ Technical Skills:
✔ Basic patient assessments, medication administration, EHR documentation, emergency response
✔ Soft Skills:
✔ Teamwork, adaptability, strong communication, ability to follow supervision and protocols
