Remote or Office Call Center Agent Location Remote in Santa Clarita, CA :

Work From home Pay is $29 per hour

North Florida Village is seeking a highly motivated and personable Call Center Agent to join our team located in the beautiful state of Florida. As a Call Center Agent, you will have the opportunity to use your customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Document all customer interactions and accurately enter data into our system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and problem resolution
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
  • Contribute to improving customer processes and procedures by providing suggestions and feedback

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
