Total Compensation Examples of Potential Earnings: • Low Performer: base + incentives = $50k
• Average Performer: base + incentives = $75k
• High Performer: base + incentives = $100k+
Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing • Making outbound calls to business owners and key decision-makers
• Introducing our services clearly and confidently
• Setting up 15-minute discovery calls for senior sales reps
• Logging activity and managing follow-ups in HubSpot CRM (we’ll train you)
• Learning how to navigate objections, refine your pitch, and improve every week
• Taking initiative to help us reach more people, faster
